The YForest Creative Process Part 3: Implementation

The YForest Creative Process Part 3: Implementation

Now that a designated amount of ideas have been chosen for implementation it is time to assemble teams to own these ideas that will lead to transformational growth.

Step 1) Each Idea team will consist of a Merchant, Innovator, Builder, and Banker. The originator of any of the ideas will have the choice to be on their idea's team. Through Surveys, people will rank the ideas that have been selected to implement. The first team member will select the 2nd, then the two members will select the third, and finally the three members will select the 4th. The members selected should have voted yes for the idea and rank it as one of their top choice. The idea generator will be the first person on the team followed by the open Merchant, Innovator, Builder, and Banker respectively. The amount of people and ideas will alter the framework of the teams.
